Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders promptly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
While we will always do our best to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
unused
uninstalled
in its original packaging and saleable condition
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
As many of our products are selected based on size, fit and finish, customers are responsible for confirming product suitability, specifications and measurements before placing an order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, the issue and the packaging.
This allows our team to assess the matter promptly and work towards a suitable resolution.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
items that have been installed or used
products damaged as a result of incorrect handling, misuse or improper installation
Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
All refunds require valid proof of purchase.
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
