At Divine Bathrooms, we offer Adelaide-wide shipping from our local warehouse in Woodville North, Adelaide, ensuring your order is delivered as efficiently and safely as possible.

Dispatch Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak sale and promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page or in the product title reflects the most up-to-date information available at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier or freight delays. Should there be any significant change to the expected dispatch date, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact our customer care team to arrange a split shipment quote. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Authority to Leave

For added peace of mind, deliveries will only be left in a safe place if this has been arranged directly with the carrier. Otherwise, a signature will be required on delivery to help ensure your order arrives securely.

Kerbside / Building Entry Delivery

Due to the size and fragile nature of our mirrors and shower screens, all Divine Bathrooms deliveries are made to kerbside or building entry only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is clear and safe access at the delivery location, as well as suitable assistance for moving items beyond the kerb or entry point where required.

Any re-delivery, failed delivery or access-related delays may incur additional carrier charges.

Click & Collect

Next Business Day Collection

For added convenience, you can select Pick Up at checkout and collect your order from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders are generally available for collection on the next business day following purchase.

How Click & Collect Works

• Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID

• Orders not collected within 30 days may be returned to stock
